It may just be a bit of housekeeping to protect any future developments, but Swatch Group has filed a trademark application to protect its MoonSwatches as downloadable virtual goods, works of art for use online and in online virtual worlds; and downloadable digital files authenticated by non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
